If you are not a lover of exercise you should still be able to lose weight if you eat in the correct way as the author says. And by eating in the correct way doesn't mean that you need to starve yourself (In fact this can make you put weight on due to your metabolism slowing down). So what do I really think of this program? I think it is simple to follow and I believe in the theories that Fat Loss For Idiots teaches. It also shows you how simple changes to your diet can have a lasting effect on your health, helping you to lose weight in a fast and healthy way.
Overall, I think a lot of work has gone into perfecting this product over the last few years, it is organized well and you should be able to follow it with ease. I admit that I haven't actually followed this diet plan as I am already happy with my diet now and have been for many years. There are many rave reviews though from people who have lost weight and kept it off, finally a diet that doesn't feel like a diet.
